1. Program Description
Expanded Impact LLC, operating as Teams Who Win, offers three distinct IGNITE programs:
IGNITE 6-Week Immersive Experience: Includes live workshops, implementation circles, peer connect, 1:1 expert coaching, community support, and access to a digital learning hub.
IGNITE 1:1 Expert Coaching: Provides personalized one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to the Client’s leadership and professional development.
IGNITE Membership: Offers ongoing community access, continued use of the digital learning hub, and periodic support.
Clients agree to abide by all policies and procedures outlined in this Agreement as a condition of their participation in any IGNITE program.
2. Disclaimer
Clients acknowledge that Teams Who Win and its representatives, including its Founder, Solu Nwanze, are not employees, managers, or agents of the Client. Participation in any program is voluntary, and results depend on the Client’s own efforts.
Clients understand that Teams Who Win does not:
- Guarantee specific outcomes, including promotions, project success, or business results.
- Provide guarantees for future business opportunities beyond the program’s scope.
- Provide publicity or introduce clients to specific business contacts unless explicitly stated.
3. Financial Obligation
Clients are responsible for completing all payments associated with the selected program. Failure to make payments may result in termination of participation, and Teams Who Win reserves the right to pursue outstanding payments via a collection agency.
4. Payment Methods
Teams Who Win accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Clients choosing a payment plan authorize Teams Who Win to charge their credit or debit card according to the agreed schedule. Teams Who Win may collect service charges from Clients to cover the necessary credit card processing fees, above the IGNITE program fees.
5. Refund Policy
All payments for IGNITE programs are non-refundable. Clients are expected to fully commit to their enrollment, showing up with enthusiasm, passion, and accountability. While no refunds will be offered, Teams Who Win will work with clients in the event of extenuating circumstances, at its discretion.
6. Confidentiality
Both Teams Who Win and the Client agree to respect each other’s confidential information. This includes not disclosing any sensitive information shared during the program or coaching sessions.
Confidentiality exceptions include:
- If the Client discloses intent to harm themselves or others.
- If the Client shares information regarding illegal activity.
- For credentialing purposes (e.g., with the International Coaching Federation), limited information such as session dates and hours may be disclosed without session content.
- Anonymous aggregated themes may be shared with a third-party sponsor if coaching is provided through a company.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients acknowledge that they are 100% responsible for their progress and results. Teams Who Win provides educational content, coaching, and frameworks, but ultimate success depends on the Client’s implementation and efforts.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the IGNITE programs are the sole intellectual property of Teams Who Win. These materials are for the personal use of the Client and cannot be shared, distributed, or sold without explicit written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Clients agree that they are participating in the IGNITE programs at their own risk. Teams Who Win is not responsible for any damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from the Client’s use or misuse of the services provided. The Company’s liability is limited to the price paid for the program.
10. Non-Disparagement
Both parties agree to refrain from making any disparaging or negative comments about each other, in any form, that could harm the other’s reputation.
11. Indemnification
Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Teams Who Win and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the program.
12. No Transfer of Intellectual Property
Clients do not have the right to use or distribute any materials from the program for commercial purposes. All intellectual property remains the property of Teams Who Win.
13. Force Majeure
Teams Who Win will not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including acts of God, wars, or natural disasters.
14. Severability and Waiver
If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will still apply. Failure to enforce any part of this Agreement does not waive the right to enforce it later.
15. Assignment
Clients may not assign their rights under this Agreement without the express written consent of Teams Who Win.
16. Modification
Teams Who Win reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
17. Termination
Teams Who Win reserves the right to terminate a Client’s participation in the program if they violate this Agreement, behave disruptively, or fail to follow program guidelines.
18. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be settled by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association. Claims must be filed within 100 days of the first claim. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America.
