Here, you’ll apply the personal mastery tools from Week 1 and work through real-time challenges you may face in your day-to-day role. The goal is to deepen your understanding and refine your approach through shared insights and accountability.

Week 3 dives into the heart of principal partnership and leadership collaboration. You’ll learn how to align your role with the executive team's vision, ensuring that you are consistently driving top-priority initiatives. We’ll explore how to set an operating rhythm that keeps everyone on track, while mastering high-impact conversations that enable you to influence decisions and execute with confidence. Additionally, we’ll cover effective decision-making frameworks to streamline collaboration and clarity within the leadership team.

In Week 4, we focus on strategic business planning and management—key competencies for scaling your impact. You’ll learn how to lead strategic planning efforts, ensuring your initiatives align with the long-term goals of the organization. We’ll cover OKRs and performance management, providing you with a framework to measure and manage success. You’ll also gain insights into program management leadership and leading transformational initiatives, critical skills for ensuring your organization operates at its full potential.

During this second round of Implementation Circles, you’ll apply the business planning and leadership collaboration techniques from Weeks 3 and 4. This is your opportunity to reflect, refine, and enhance your approach with feedback from peers. The goal is to implement the strategies directly into your day-to-day work and build confidence as you tackle real-world challenges.

In the final week, we expand your focus to organization-wide leadership and maximizing your strategic influence. You’ll learn how to build high-performing teams that execute at scale, while mastering strategic communications techniques to ensure alignment across the organization. We’ll also cover organizational influence and effectiveness, teaching you how to shape the culture, processes, and strategies that drive long-term success. By the end of Week 6, you’ll be equipped to lead with intention and 3x your impact across your organization.
